An Out-of-This-World Limited Edition Flying V Gibson Custom Shop is the pinnacle of craftsmanship, quality, and sound excellence. Each instrument celebrates Gibson's legacy through accuracy, authenticity, and attention to detail. Adam Jones, from multi-platinum selling and multiple Grammy Award® winning band Tool, is one of rock’s most talented and sonically innovative guitarists. This out-of-this-world limited-edition Flying V from Adam Jones is designed and built to reflect his preference for heavier guitars and features a non-weight relieved mahogany body, string-through ferrules, a Futura-style split headstock design, custom appointments, a truss rod cover with exclusive artwork overlaid, and a painstakingly-applied Reverse Antique Silverburst finish. It also comes with an adjustable leather strap developed by Adam himself. It is adorned with a Two-Headed Dog hand-cast and plated brooch developed by artist Alex Kuno. Aged by the artisans of the Murphy Lab, only 50 units will be hand-crafted by the expert luthiers and craftspeople of the Gibson Custom Shop in Nashville, Tennessee, as part of this extraordinary limited run.
